Awesome snorkelling trip with Ollie and his dog Patch! The gear is fantastic and really does keep you warm in the chilly water, he knows the local spots to swim with sea lions, and took us through the beautiful kelp forests. Can only recommend as one of the best things to do on the island!

I loved my day out with Ollie and Dive Rakiura! I usually SCUBA dive so a free diving tour was new for me—I had a wonderful time. I was so surprised to find that my day out with Ollie was some of the best diving I've had in NZ, despite having hit all the famous spots. Ollie tailors the experience to the group which was awesome and I can't recommend enough! The other tour folks bailed so it was just me for the day which was amazing! I really appreciated the free diving tips including a few to help get the right angle for photos when free diving! I will definitely be back to Stewart Island for more :) (and to hunt for seahorses).

I booked a full day snorkeling charter to explore the water of Paterson inlet with Ollie. This tour is a must to do in Rakiura. More than that, it should be the main reason you visit this island. Ollie is a wonderful and passionated guide and he's involved in providing the most unforgettable experience for the guests. Vibrant kelp forests full of life, fields of paua, albatros and even a rare encounter with 5 new zealand sealions which came to play around us while we were snorkeling on the flats. This tour has it all.
